What LIRA does with your data.

Lira Consulting LTDA is the controller of the personal data collected on this site, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). "Lira Consulting™" is the brand; the legal entity answering for the data is the company name above.

The person who answers for decisions about this data has a name: Augusto Lira.

When you submit the form, the following is recorded: your name, the contact you chose to give (email or WhatsApp) along with which type you chose, your company name, the stage of your operation, your sector, the nature of the problem you selected, and the text you wrote about where the operation gets stuck.

Also recorded: the language you filled it in, the fact that you gave consent, the version of this text that was live at that moment, and the date and time of the submission.

There is no login, no tracking cookie, no advertising pixel and no profiling. No data is collected outside the form submission.

The data is used to get in touch about what you wrote and to carry out the diagnostic conversation. Nothing beyond that.

There is no sale, rental or exchange of data with third parties. There is no marketing mailing list. Nothing is sent that you did not ask for.

Processing rests on your consent, given explicitly by ticking the box before submitting. Without that tick the form is not recorded — the requirement lives in the application and in the database itself.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, through the channel described below. Withdrawing it does not invalidate what was done while it was in force.

Twenty-four months after the submission date, the record is reviewed and purged. If you ask for deletion before that, it happens before that.

The data sits in a database on a private server, with no port open to the internet and no public read interface of any kind. Access is restricted to Augusto Lira.

The LGPD guarantees you: confirmation that your data is being processed; access to the data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; withdrawal of consent; and information about who the data was shared with.

None of these requests requires a justification, a form or an intermediary.

Write to privacidade@liraconsulting.com.br saying what you want. The request is handled as quickly as possible and, at the latest, within the deadlines the LGPD sets.

If you simply want everything deleted, just say so — there is no retention step, no offer and no exit question.
